Developing referrals

This recording provides some guidance for CPA Australia members on the development of referrals and how to improve your level of engagement with clients.

The recording addresses how a client engagement methodology and a framework for approaching the grading of relationships can add value to the practice and to clients. A case study is used to demonstrate the benefits from referring trusted third parties and doctorate research on referral-based engagement with clients is referenced.
