Program
CFO Advance is an interdisciplinary five-day residential program that gives senior finance executives the analytical framework, insights and tools to successfully propel company growth whilst enhancing their career outcomes.
About the program
This program will focus on the three areas of being an effective CFO: finance, strategy and leadership.
You will be guided through the following components of the CFO role:
- key elements of corporate finance
- doing an IPO
- capital structure
- mergers and acquisitions
- project finance
- organisational leadership
- managing dilemmas
- handling resistance to change
- board presentation
The program will culminate in a simulated board presentation, CFO Advance taskforce members will be your board, and make their decision and provide feedback on your presentation.
At the completion of the program, you will have acquired the strategic thinking and knowledge required to:
- design and implement more effective and sustainable strategies to build organisational value
- strengthen leadership skills, particularly managing professionals
- manage stakeholders, both inside and outside of the organisation
- display confidence and expertise in making presentations at board level
