Our values

Organisational values — and specific behaviours that we expect of each other in 'living' those values — have been articulated and incorporated into the staff performance review and development process so as to ensure they are actively discussed, lived and measured on an ongoing basis.

Our values promote and encourage respect, empowerment, accountability, co-operation and honesty within the organisation.

To foster constructive working relationships and a positive, enjoyable culture, we work hard to help individuals and teams understand their own, and others, working styles using profiling tools and development activity. We are an organisation with a number of virtual teams, and strong emphasis is placed on team-building activity including volunteering, social activities and regular communication.

To measure its progress, we undertake regular cultural surveys to identify opportunities for improvement.
