Following a review of member consultation committees in 2009, CPA Australia intends to establish four new Centres of Excellence (CoE) in 2010 to replace the existing CoEs. These are:
External Reporting Centre of Excellence
- the work program will include external reporting, auditing and ethics issues
Environmental, Social and Governance Centre of Excellence
- the work program will include governance issues, sustainability and other non financial reporting issues
Retirement Savings Centre of Excellence
- the work program will include superannuation, financial planning and investment issues
Taxation Centre of Excellence
- the work program will include tax design, policy, law and administration issues.
CPA Australia will continue to consult with members on issues outside of these four areas through other mechanisms including task forces. Members with expertise in any of these four areas are encouraged to apply to join these new CoEs by using the nomination form below.
